Scott Davis is a learning and impact officer at Ascendium. In this role, he works to strengthen Ascendium’s grantmaking strategy and execution through evaluation and research. He joined the organization in 2022.
For nearly 20 years, Scott has served as an applied researcher and program evaluator on a variety of projects in K-12 and postsecondary education. In addition, he has more than 10 years of direct service experience in the social services, where he worked with families from low-income backgrounds and youth. Most recently, Scott served as the manager of institutional research at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
A first-generation college graduate, he holds a master’s degree in applied psychology with a concentration in program evaluation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He is currently a fellow with Harvard University’s Strategic Data Project in Postsecondary Career and Technical Education.
