Erika Bailey is a grants management project manager. Her responsibilities include ensuring all grants management and grantmaking projects are led with consistency, reliability, and high quality. She supports a variety of projects, including the grant portal system, grantmaking portfolio-related projects, and the intersection of systems and portfolios. She joined the organization in 2014.
Before joining the Education Philanthropy team, Erika served as a default aversion supervisor on the Repayment Solutions team at Ascendium. In this role, she helped support and guide team members in developing their knowledge and skills to advance their careers at Ascendium.
Raised in Wisconsin, Erika earned a Liberal Arts and Science degree and a Project Management Certificate from Madison College.
